Our approach to corporate health is unique and understated. We address the underlying cause of the issues – whether it be in individual departments or in the corporation as a whole. We look for the cause of the problem and do not look at the issue symptomatically.
Corporate Health
If a department is not able to work cohesively, we look to find what is causing this, what is missing in the dynamics of the team to not be able to inter-respond for the good of the team and then the good of the company. When a situation is addressed in this way, the productivity of the team naturally improves as the team understands their own dynamics, which then leads to a content workplace environment, which means the company naturally benefits. What does that mean? It means we don’t look at how to educate, say, a department as a whole, but rather what seems to be the intrinsic driving factor that is not allowing the department to flourish as it could.
This then becomes deep work that benefits the individual and has a ripple effect on the department and company. My colleague Louisa Khoury and I have been working with individuals for years to help them manage themselves in the complexities of the workplace. It is rewarding work when the individual understands the dynamics of what is happening in their work environment.
